Estimating Time In Transit
How long your order takes to reach you depends on what you ordered and where and how you want the order shipped. Total time in transit includes order processing time plus time in transit with the shipper.

Typically, most orders ship out within 2 - 7 business days from purchase.

Times may be increased during busy season (October - January, due to Halloween and Christmas). Times may also be increased during sale times.

Keep in mind we are a small, family-run business and only have a few employees. There are also times when processing time may be increased due to one or more employees being out or on vacation.

Tracking Your Order​

If you choose Media Mail, First Class, Priority Mail, or International Standard as your shipping method, you can track your order's progress after it has shipped. Just sign in to Your Account to review and track your orders. The free shipping applied for Bookmarks & Stickers only is not trackable (so you'll just get a big surprise when they arrive!).

While we provide estimated shipping costs at various steps throughout your shopping experience, the actual shipping rate will be displayed during checkout after you have chosen a shipping method and delivery address.

Import Duties and Taxes on Orders Shipped Between Countries​

If you receive an order shipped between countries, you may need to pay import duties, which are usually assessed when the package reaches your country. The carrier will notify you of any extra charges and how to retrieve your package. You, as the importer of record, are responsible for these and any other additional charges and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country where you receive the goods. Because policies vary, please contact your country's customs office for more information.
Additional Shipping Charges for Heavy Items and Sets​

Spellbound books reserves the right to charge extra for shipping extremely heavy books and other items. The actual shipping cost will be displayed once you are in the checkout process and you select a shipping method and specify your shipping address.
