How to return an item purchased at Spellbound Books
To start a return, please send us a message or email! You can find this information on the Contact Us page. Make sure to have your name, shipping address, and order number available.
We will give you instructions on how to start your return and ship it back to us.
Once the item gets back to our warehouse, you'll receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days.
If your order was shipped outside the United States, please contact our Customer Care for assistance with your international return.
Spellbound Books return policy
Items must be returned and received within 30 days of the date your order shipped (or 50 days for international orders).
If there was a problem with your order, we will give you give you a full refund, including the item price, appropriate sales tax, plus original shipping and handling fees, if applicable. If you are returning your item for another reason, you'll receive a refund for the price of the item plus the appropriate sales tax amount. The original shipping and handling fees, if any, may be deducted from the total of your refund unless there was an error on our part.
Refunds and form of payment: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Coupons, discounts, and promotions: The refund value for returned items purchased using any type of promotion, discount or coupon will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift, discount, or promotion that was used for the original purchase.
Original Condition: New items must be returned in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition. Used items must be returned in the condition originally stated when purchased.
Tracking Recommended: Please contact us after your return was started with the tracking information for your return. This is strongly recommended as Spellbound Books cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost by the carrier.
Gifts Purchased Online: If you received an item purchased online as a gift and would like to return it, the original buyer may return it to Spellbound Books via mail and a refund may be issued to the original card used to make the purchase. Exchanges for Items Purchased at Spellbound Books
Exchange or Spellbound Books Merchandise Credit will be issued for merchandise purchased online when it is returned within 30 days with the original sales receipt.
We reserve the right to limit or decline refunds.
All sales at Spellbound Books cannot be returned for cash, except as required by law.
All sales at Spellbound Books that are deemed "Clearance" items are final. No returns or refunds.
Some items that are opened, unsealed, or damaged may not be accepted for refund. Items returned to us without a Return Pack Slip may be denied a refund or exchange.
Items purchased at Spellbound Books that are returned more than 30 days after the item was shipped are not eligible for return or refund, even if they are damaged or incomplete (50 days for international orders).
